Outlook not sending/receiving mail at startup

Does anybody know where to set the options to make Outlook automatically do a send/receive operation everytime on startup?

I used to have it do that, but lately that just seemed to stop. I have to click on the send/receive button before my mail comes in.

PS: I tried looking around the options, but there simply wasn't a box called "Refuse to automatically download your e-mail upon startup of Outlook" that was checked. )-|

Problem resolved. Surprisingly, Outlook finally got it's act together and started doing automatic send/receive again after I posted this up.

My work has a weak backbone, old hubs, etc....and, with the amount of traffic created, sometimes mine will refuse to do this.

(Of course, I just learned today we are getting a complete Cisco Gigabyte backbone installed....can't wait.)

I'd almost bet there was a traffic conflict....
