Verifying DMI pool data

I changed hard drives and went through the Microsoft procedure of restoring my old Windows 95 to a new hard drive and renaming the root system files. When I reboot I get a hang up at "Verifying DMI pool data". Done this before on the AT motherboards where you could go into the PNP section of the bios and select "Update Configuration Data" and it would reset. How do I do this on my Abit BH6.

In the BIOS under the PCI & Onboard I/O setup enable the line that says "Force Update ESCD" I think its the first line in that section of the BIOS

I thought I had tried that before, but tried it again and it worked.
