best video card for Asrock K7S4GX

is there some way i can change the amount of memory my integradedcard has. I though i might be balte to change it in the bios but i want to know for sure before i change ****. Because there is something that says integraded memory share size 32,64,128,256 is that wat i need to change to my my card think it is a 128 or 256 MB card?

the saphire 9800pro would it cost less then the Ati 9800pro because it doesnt have the ati name in it

Perhaps, the prices seem to vary a few dollars in either direction from time to time, both are very good cards and would be a significant jump from your previous card.

I'd stick to the new vid card...if anything though, it would be in your BIOS or display adapter properties. Don't expect to be doing any spectacular gaming in any case though.

you need to provide more specs like motherboard make and model.

are you sure that's not the AGP aperature? that is no the shared memory size.

as the thread name says i have a Asrock K7S4GX and it has integraded SiS64mb card and i have 256Mb of ram and a 40Gig HDD

With 256 megs of RAM, a RAM upgrade might need to be in your future too if you want it to be a gaming machine.
