Worms United and Reinforcements for xp help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi! I have the game "Worms United and Reinforcements" but can't run under xp. I have spoke about this on another bb and they said to try "CPU killer" (can't remember name exactly) it slows down your computer to access old games, but it just slows down the black dos thing that normaly flashes before having time to read. :mad:

I was woundering if this is the wrong way to go about it or if there is a patch for it? :rolleyes:

Does anyone know a GOOD patch website? :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Also, is there a program ect that modifies/is an extra dos for running ALL/MOST old games under xp??????

The problem you are having is in running the exacutable, it runs, finished, and automagically closes.

you need to do into dos promp

go to the start menu Start>run> (in this box type "cmd") no quotes.

find your way to the directory (easiest if you put it directly in the cd drive. "C:\" or "cd\" should get you there)

then type the name of the program. "program.exe"
