I can't access internet options security tab...Iexplore has caused a general protection fault in module ATI_M64.DRV...

recently had to re-install windows..

You can try reinstalling the latest drivers for your videocard. Download it first and unzip it if necessary. Change the adapter in Display Properties to standard VGA and reboot. The system will start in VGA resolution. Install the new drivers next. Before you do, check if this error occurs with this VGA driver. It shouldn't. Go ahead and install the proper drivers.

You may want to upgrade IE and it's components also, if the driver business didn,t work.

If you reinstalled Win95/98 over an existing copy, you may have other problems. It's not the recomended thing to do.
