That's not a common address or .dll file that comes up. What programs do you have on your computer? What kind of system is it? The more details you can give us the better we can help you.

Here is a site that might help you.
[url]http://search.support.microsoft.com/searchbin/kb/search.idq?D=Support&A=T&T=B&SG=&S=F&SD=SO&T1=&FR=0&DU=C&Sz=%220177%22&O=%220177%22[/u rl]
Here are some of my thoughts on the matter.
1. Some program needs that file and can't find it.
2. One or more of the installation files did not decompress properly.
3. It was deleted by accident.
4. You have a language conflict there.
5. Have you installed the latest patches for any of the software you have on your really looks like a language difference. machine?
There is no reference at all that I could find on the net about this error message. I could really be off on this one, but it But I can't put my finger on it. Sorry!

That dll file doesn't look familiar to me either. One thing though, your computer will run a lot better without Norton crash guard, Norton web services and be selective with what Norton utilities you use and load. Don't let the whole thing load with windows. I have seen Norton Utilities do some strange things.

Betchya that Norton Crashguard/Utilities has something to do with it.

It's not wonder you can come up with a .dll that no one here has heard of, I counted no less than eight Asian language support programs, and with those 2bite fonts I suppose anything is possible -that is some pretty complicated stuff.
First of all, when did the problem start? Go back to the time just before the problem began happening and retrace your steps; what have you installed since then? What changes did you make to your system? Did you delete anything? It's like looking for lost car keys; retrace your steps.
You could begin by undoing or uninstalling any programs you have added since just before the problem started, from last to first. It sucks, but obivously you cannot live with this kind of problem.

I too had wierd problems with Norton's crash guard. Never any crashes(well almost) unless it was running. AOL,IE4and winexplorer would all inconsistently lock up or cause gpf's.I like Norton's suite but having it fire up with windows never worked correctly. The only thing I start with Win95 is Speed Start which I am very pleased with. I run the diagnostic and optimizers from Norton when I remember to and leave them off the rest of the time.Never Crash Guard.

That's what I was thinking about Cmonster. But the net didn't show ANY referrence to that file at all, which I thought was strange.
