Problems with Quake 2, Overclocking and my Video Card

I have multiple problems to report:

First when i try to O/C my P90 to 83*1.5 my Award BIOS indicates the CPU speed is only 83mhz!

Next I have a problem with Quake 2. When I try to play it my video becomes EXTREMELY slow, were talking crawling speeds. I have the updated drivers for my Permedia 2 8MB board and v3.20 of Q2.

And Last but not least I have a weird mouse cursor glitch. Sometimes my mouse just randomly gets about 3 times it's normal size and I can't click on anything.

First ya probably need a bios update.Second,need more info on the machine.Third have ya ran a virus scan lately?Also overclocking can cause all kinds of strange problems.

P90, 32MB RAM, Tyan S1573 Board
Permedia 2 8MB PCI Video, Win 95
