Personal Ancestral File 3.0 won't install

IBM P166 32MB HD partioned C:1000MB D:& E: bal to 2.5MB-Over 400 MB free on D: where I try to install genealogy program from LDS Church. Dos based but designed to install with all window versions. Installation appears normal except it runs only a few seconds and install two shortcut icons in a PAF3 window. But no other info transferred, the shortcuts can't find anything. Customer Support from them don't know. I installed sucessfully in windows98 virtual pc on a Mac at adult school.

Can't solve your problem, but in my free time I have been a genealogist for almost 30 years now.

You should change your program to a new one with lots of extra capabilities then the one you have.

I use Generations Grande Suite 5.2 (Nov 98) and it works really fine. You will find it with great rebates in any major software vendors.
