Duron speed by die numbers?

I found a new Duron in the closet, bought ~ 2 years ago. Can't remember the speed (Seems reasonable to forget the speed if I can't remember to build a puter with it! LOL). Is there anyway to tell the speed by the die/core numbers? Or, as I suspect, must one fire it up?
