A guy online has offered to trade a pc100 stick for a o/clockable 300a(of which i have a malaysia slot 1 spare that'll do 450)
Im wondering a safe way to do the trade, and if the 256 stick will work in my BH6
Thanks!

Hmm, the stick isn't supposed to work in a BH6 but that doesn't mean it won't. That is just what I was told. That and the BH6 isn't the most stable of boards, but again, that is only what I was told, I don't know first hand. Not a lot of boards can use a stick that big right now but some can.
I do know for certain that the 256 meg stick is worth about four Celerons http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
As for shipping, have it insured and make sure the recipient has to sign for it. Then at least you will have proof of reciept and if you are shipping out of state via the post office, you can have them press charges of interstate mail fraud, but I doubt it would come to that. Just check the persons history with other online transactions if they are a known individual.
Of course, there are crooks online but most folks are just regular folk like you and me and just looking to swap parts.
OK, I found out that the BH6 problems are not as great as earlier declared. They only have about a <15% failure rate. Of course, Asus only has a <1% failure rate so maybe the Abit IS a blah board.
