have you tried to slow down your memory at all or have you overclocked your cpu either of those can cause that.......

This happened to me with what I am certain was a bad Creative Labs Riva TNT card. Could this be the case with you?
Somethings bad!
Remove all devices but cpu, ram, hard drive, floppy drive and video, see if it still does it.
Isolate the problem to one component, then try it in another computer.

when i'm overclocking, that happens when the voltage is not quite enough. if you're not o'cing, make sure that the cpu is not remarked.

Try setting your cmos to "best performance"or "Optimal Performance". This happened to me once when I had enabled to many options. I just enabled the basics and it was OK. Just a suggestion.
hah! that problem started happening again to me too. i remember reading some other post saying that when the internal power cables got too close to the memory chip, it would cause this problem. so i tried moving the power cables around (which was probably what caused the problem in the first place) and viola! no problem. i think the half of it is caused by this flaky bh6.
