Help!
I have done everything i can think of to resolve this problem, any suggestions would be appreciated.
i have an office that has a vpn connection that they occisonally use to connect to the home office. this connection works just fine no problems here. they also have an ordering system that works over a telnet connection. when they sign onto this telnet connection the vpn connection suppenly pops up and tries to connection to the home office, disconnecting the telnet. i have checked the internet options menu and i have the never dial a connection option selected. and i also have the redial if disconnected option turned off in the vpn properties. any suggestions on how to get this thing to stop trying to connect to the vpn.
thanks
jay

ARe you telnetting to the home office?

What VPN software are you using? What server type are you connecting to? If you do not use a server what kind of concentrator are you using?

If you connect the VPN first and then run the telnet session, do you have problems?

You mean telnet from your current office to the warehouse
And a vpn to your main office?

Or do you mean your main office is able to telnet to the warehouse but you cant through the VPN?

What sort of links are you using
Sounds like alink priority
You could modify your routing table directly and assigning
the telnet connection a higher priority / gateway using the metric setting?

Need more info
What sort of comms equipment setup , link speed?
