Looking for broadband access

Hi, im moving from Minnesota to Florida
and i was wondering, where do i look up new broadband companies.

In minnesota i was getting 3 Megabytes DOWN and 256 UP and no limit on transfers. I was paying like $42 a month because i have my own modem.

I Was wondering if there is a place i could look up ISP's with details and reviews.

I wanna pay a max of like $50 a month for the same speed or better.

Dont need all the bells and whistles just as long as i get low pings in games and fast DL's
