I broke my Win98 full version cd. Is there any way to contact Microsoft, sould I be able get a new cd .

I would not expect it from M$, they will want you to buy a new copy. If they do, congrats, I can sell you an OEM full CD for cheap wih a generic serial code for cheap if they want you to buy a new full copy.

Many games publishers will replace a broken/damaged CD-ROM for a modest fee (to cover admin + P&P), though they don't often make it clear that they will do it. I should think Microsoft have a similar policy if you ask.
Note: You will have to send them the broken disk, obviously.
