PST File Backups

I have a few questions about PST File Backups.

1) Are PST File Backups incremental or full backups? If they are not incremental, is there a way to make it incremental?

2)Is there a way to automate PST File backups? As of now, the backups require a person to click Yes and such to have it perform the tasl at hand.

1. Incremental and check the box to avoid duplicates
2. yes - you got some links, didn't go there but maybe they say the same as item 3 - if so, sorry for the duplicate info
3. Go to Tools/Options/Mail Setup/Data Addresses - believe you can create two places where Outlook is backed up outside of manually exporting a pst file.
