It allows the Linux gamers (all 3 of them :p) to play some, if not a lot, of the Windows-only games out today. As long as a game uses Direct X 9/OpenGL, even if it is made for Windows, WineX should run it. :t

sounds great, now if i can get my 9800pro drivers to install on Linspire OS, then i would be set to go. But alas, i just can not get them to install right. Im still learning linux, so thats probably the reason.

What exactly is WineX? Is it a piece of software to use with your linux ditro or is it a Linux distro?
