But couldn't they use a wrapper or the like? I mean, Microsoft has to own something about the GPU that will allow them to emulate it. Maybe if they could use a generic rendering path for the games, and just bump up the resolution or AA/AF to make it look better. It's just a thought. I now can see partially why some console makers use in-house hardware, it's just too hard to change parts/manufactures when bad relations result out of the deal. SysOpt.com
