Paco103 06-22-2004, 03:16 PM Well in my opinion Rockstar is losing their fanbase on this game anyway. I love the GTA line, but all official releases I've read state there will be no PC version anyway, so who cares? I won't buy it on PS/2, because I won't buy a console. Too bad too, I'd really like to play it! Rob R. 06-22-2004, 06:14 PM Well you two would know for sure. Big Jakk obviously understands what a sequel is and Magua really does his homework before he shares his opinion. Cyan 06-22-2004, 06:26 PM I don't know why everyone pisses their pants for online play, I don't wanna be online with a buch of smart mouthed idiots who think they are *l33t* because they play a game for 10 hours a day. Online is over-rated, and should not be on every game in existance. Paco103 06-22-2004, 11:28 PM I've played Vice City multiplayer before. It's kinda fun for a while, but I agree that the game wasn't designed for it, and doesn't need it to be cool. I love the game anyway, I just want it for PC, multiplayer or not! Magua 06-23-2004, 01:36 PM You know what Rob, your right. I can't understand what kind of game Vice City is without going out and buying it. I think ill go pick it up this afternoon to find out. Having seen it been played and reading reviews isn't enough. Nope. I need to go buy it and play for 50 hours before I am qualified to make a judgement that VC is indeed very similar to the orignal GTA. And I suppose I will have to buy SA as well, just to make sure. I enjoyed GTA, but it is *far* from my favorite game of all time. If you think its the best game ever made, thats fine. I don't, so live with it. I think a game needs more to it than a culture shock to have it make the top of my list. Rob R. 06-23-2004, 08:18 PM Ok, I raise the white flag. Just to clear it up... I said SA *looks like it could be* the best game ever made. I truly believe that though. Since I guess it won't be out on PC, I may never know. I said VC offered a mix of gameplay that could not be matched by any game. It is one of my personal favorites and I get a bit passionate about this stuff. Magua 06-23-2004, 08:47 PM Thats fine. GTA3 was a fine game, but it just didn't hold my attention well enough to warrent buying VC (expantion, sequal, whatever) and probably not SA. :t SysOpt.com
