C&C Red alert 2 Black screen

C&C Red alert 2 gives me a black screen and then exits to desktop.
I have tried reintalling the game. That dont work.
Operating system windows 2000 sp4

Pentium4 2.4 GHz on p4p800, 512 DDR 400, FX 5900 61.40

I did. Tried several drivers. Nothing worked.
Everytime its the same thing. when I try starting the game I get black screen and then it exits to the desktop. Sometimes it also give me an error message when it exits to desktop
