hello..i think i want to upgrade my cpu to amd athlon, but i dont know which one is better for my mb. so, please give me suggestion ok:-). my mb is: pc partner socket 462 model k133asa-911. (vt8363 & 686a). thanks for helps

That motherboard doesn't support AthlonXP CPUs; the best you can get is an Athlon with FSB@200MHz (you didn't say what CPU you have currently, so...) : http://www.pricewatch.com/1/3/3731-1.htm
PC Partner provide BIOS updates but don't state what changes the BIOS updates bring :rolleyes: Be sure to contact them and ask if this CPU is supported before you buy it

now my mb use duron proc. so, if u in my situation, what kind of cpu u used? please let me know detail. i really dont know and new in computer knowledge. example: athlon .... with ...mhz/ghz with .....mb ram and with ......mb/brand of graphic card. thanks for helping:-)

First I advise you to e-mail PC Partner and ask them if the Athlon Thunderbird 1.4GHz (with 200MHz FSB) is supported by your motherboard and, if not, do you need a BIOS update to accomplish it.
Second I'd get the CPU I linked above, it's the highest that motherboard can take and is quite a leap if you have something like a Duron 800MHz or so.
