Motherboard choice help

I need help picking a good motherboard im willing to spend pretty good amount here is my processor that i was planning on getting as of nowProcessor (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=19-116-172&depa=0)
all i kno i want is:
6 or more USB 2.0 ports
AGP 8x
4 ram slots that support dual memory i think...
Ethernet port
and i think thats about it i know theres more i need but thats all i know any suggestions will help and im willing to change processor if you know of better combinations

ASUStek p4p800 deluxe. I got it, I love it. It has AGP 8x (but thats backward compatible with 4x) and everything else you could want, including onboard sound, NIC, firewire. It also has the Intel 865PE chipset which supports hyper threading. Its a good price too!
