Has anyone seen a Group Policy not being applied? There is no blocked inheritance or anything of that nature that could be causing it to not be applied to an ou

you need to give more details. what kind of server, 2k or 2k3? what kind of clients, 2k pro or xp pro?

sometimes you need to restart xp pro clients up to 3 times before a policy is applied. otherwise you need to manually refresh the policy.

I found the problem, someone had system set to deny group policy. When I firsted posted I was tired and sleepy and couyldn't figure out what happend, that is why my posy was so vague.

yep. deny will override anything else.
