VFAT problem

I encounter this problem : VFAT not available or corrupted from the dialogue box, midway during the installation of my win95 USB version to a TX pro II motherboard with AMIbios chip. my CPU is Cyrix 300 MHz and I've diable the on-board VGA jumper as per the manual and inserted a ATI 1M graphic card to the PCI slot. Can someone help ?
