It seams that you will have to do some modification to be able to use a Danger-Den Maze-4 GPU with your ATI AIW(9800Pro).
I'm thinking of giving it a try.
Has anyone done this ????
Thanks.

FYI, Yes it can be done, only one corner has to be "cut out" , about 1/4 " square.

Well..... after install and some testing I can tell you that the video card is stable at XT speeds ( 410- 730 ). AGP voltage was raise to 1.7 from 1.5v on a ASUS Dlx Rev.2 .......
OH! ....not to mention the XP2600 @ 2500 ( 200x12.5 with 1.85v).

I would like to thank everybody that has posted about their water-cooling experiences in this forum and all over the net and also to all the web sites that had dedicated their time to review products as well as to explain water chemistry.

I did custom build my system , it took more time and money that I would like to admit but I'm more that happy with it and honestly the OC results are well above my expectations since what I was looking in the first place was "silent stability" at my current settings: No video OC and procesor at 2.3 (200x11.5).

I've used an RBX and Maze-4 Chipset and GPU from Danger Den.
120mm (2) fans were from.....Newegg.
Heater core's (2) from AutoZone ; they belong to a 1970 chevy Blazer ( no A/C) .....but use at your own risk, they are big (9 1/2 by 6 something) but a pain to get all the air out because the desing ......I think.

A little present....find the heater core that best will fit your needs:

Good luck and Yes go for it. I'll be glad to help with any questions.

Im not into water cooling. I have my 2600+ running at 2500 with an hsf. As well as my 9800pro running at xt speed's, stable with an artic silencer.
