Its probably been asked a million times, yet I saw no stickies on it

can i get some links for good "how to" guides for step-by-step walkthroughs on OC'n CPUs (not merely general theory which is all I could find online)

two CPUs I have a mind to OC are a P2 450Mhz and an Athlon Tbird 750Mhz if I can
