Trust relationships under winnt 4.0

Do anyone have some idea of creating trust relationships between two winnt servers i.e. between
2 PDC's.

I have got two PDCs -

1st
Name: lud_nt
Domain : ntserver
ip 199.10.164.1

2nd

Name:new_nt
domain:domain1
ip 199.10.165.1

by default it does not allow to share resources between 2 diff. domains.we have to create
trust relationships...do u know something Abt it.

i have searched miscrosoft's web site , but it provides articles regarding trust relationships among winnt 4.0 and win 2k and so not between two winnt 4.0 domains.

please help.
