I trying to overclock the motherboard. It has celeron 400mz processor, I increased memory to 256 sdr ram, mobo intel Fw82443lx. Where can I find the charts for the mobo? It is my first overclock job so help is greatly appreciated.

most OEM machines are not overclockable. if you can't find FSB options in the bios, then you're out of luck. What do you mean by charts? are there jumpers on the motherboard? if anything, there might be a chart of jumper settings silkscreened right on the motherboard.

Most celeron 400 processors were barely able to hit 500 MHz.
Is it worth taking the risk to fry the processor without good high speed cooling?

Yes, there are jumpers on the motherboard. There are nine pins in jumpers. There is no front bus overclock in the BOIS. How do I know which jumper is responsable for what? Where do I get manual for the mobo?
That Emachine is my experimental computer. I experiment on it. But I still don't want to fry it. :)

intel Fw82443lx is the chipset, but there should be a motherboard model printed on the board. That's an LX chipset board, so it wouldn't normally have higher than 66mhz fsb.
Like Sterling said, those were not very overclockable chips in the first place.

I think this is your board:

I don't see any cpu jumpers, though. are you sure they are not plugs for other devices?

Thanks, the manual is good. I see 12 pins near the Cmos battery and second chip set. the names are J5, J6, J7,J8. All jumper are set so the first two pins are closed. I just want to get some exprience with overclocking so I can overclock my second computer without problems. But since you are saying overclocking that overcloking Florida TG micro ATX motherboard it is not good idea, I probably won't even do it.

You can't overclock even if you wanted to. The BIOS is locked at 66 MHz FSM and the processors have the multipliers locked as well.
The only way you can learn about overclocking is to replace the mobo with an Asus or Abit one. Check ebay.com for deals.
