Explorer Downloads

Microsoft Explorer 4 downloads will not complete. Get message that DOWNLOAD COMPLETE, but it doesn't. Size does not seem to matter. @800K file it will stop in the @600K range. @6meg file will stop around the 3.6meg mark. Each time it tells me that the Download Completed.

Any suggestions please, have already tried re-installing, same problem.

Disable all TSR's.. and then do a download.
