Whenever I go into Outlook Express the connection is terminated...And if I leave Outlook Express up and reconnect when I check for new messages it disconnects. If you can help me please respond.

If you can help me please respond. nimrod 04-06-1999, 06:00 PM have you got your mailserver correctly setup?go to my computer/dial up networking/ try setting up a new connection, it will let you change only the settings you want to change.hopr this helps Mbarb 04-06-1999, 06:32 PM if you click on the send/receive button it brings up a box showing the progress of the send and receive. On that box is a check to disconnect after checking mail, un-check it. Outlook also automaticly checks mail when you open it so that would explain why you lose the connection when you first open it.
