Regards, Jon rangeral 05-06-2004, 12:47 PM Don't use it myself but til somebody comes along with an experience quite a bit to select from here http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=Remote+data+recovery+software&btnG=Google+Search let us know what works for you if try it. Jon Lawrance 05-06-2004, 02:02 PM Can't see any remote data recovery software there. richard_cocks 05-06-2004, 02:40 PM what do you mean "recover". If there was anything which let you recover any data from any machine over the internet then it would be a trojan. Please specify what you want to do exactly. Jon Lawrance 05-06-2004, 02:48 PM Ideally, someone would go to my website, click an enquiry button and it would have them download an Active X thing or something like that. This would then give me the ability to control their machine. It is something that they authorize. Midknyte 05-06-2004, 03:43 PM what about remote assistance in xp? http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/using/howto/gethelp/remoteassist/default.asp http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=xp+remote+assistance richard_cocks 05-06-2004, 04:46 PM if you want to "control" their machine, try realvnc.
