Outlook Express to Outlook

Is there an easy way to transfer my contacts list in Outlook Express to another computer running Outlook

Click file, export, address book. Then choose text file. Then click browse so you know where you put it, and name it. Save it to a floppy or cd, then take that to the other computer. Then you should beable to import your address book with outlook.
