GA586S2 BIOS file and flasher

I need the bios and a suitable flasher to restore a dead m/b
the BIOS chip is an AWARDPCI/PNP 586 s/n107870346 (is this relavant?)
the main board is a gigabyte GA586S2
the gigabyte site isn't much help
The board won't boot, no keyboard no h/d and nothing on screen. I hope the floppy will work.

i know they did an 'S' and and 'S4' but an S2?. i thought that the S mobo had SIS chip, sorry i cant be of help are you sure its an S2?

funny you should ask if my board is an S2 as the gigabyte site would lead you to believe that there isn't one. It has is it in two locatations if you spend a while going through the entire site. One is a pretty picture with nothing helpful and the other is just a listing. I spent a long time trying to find something that said specifically this is the flasher to use and this is the file. But nothing.

I have actually had an email from someone sending me the flasher and the file and I thank them from the heart of my bottom. It is amazing that so much searching and asking can end with the right person reading this board at the right time.
