Hi. I was wondering if it'd be okay to put in another PC-100 64MB SDRAM chip in my PC if it was rated (if that's the correct term) differently. In other words, if one SDRAM was 8ns. and one was 7ns. (from different manufacturers), would that be a problem? I am currently overclocking too (PII 400 to 448).
I'd appreciate any helpful feedback/suggestions!

It's preferred to use the same memory modules throughout the system, however, if the Only difference is 7ns and 8ns speed, there's no real concern. Both modules will run at 8ns.

Thanks again, Bleeding Edge!
besides which, i really doubt that it is 7nsec mem.

It does not matter ifyou put two different pc100 RAM DIMMs in the same machine. The PC100 is an intel specification defined to prevent conflicts between memories and such. If one ram is 8 ns and the other is 7, you will still fail in overclocking probably at the point where the 8ns ram fails. If you are not overclocking or just a little, you will have no problems
