I NEED HELP, In a BIG WAY.........Anyone

Hello all I'm in a bind and need your help......

Here's my story, My name is Charles Bittner (most of you know me as Esquire). I Live in new hampshire USA, and I'm 24 year old. I'm a Quadrapligic (can't move from the chest down) but it's no biggy. I live with my parents (major drag, but they are great people, still a drag). Here is my problem, I am getting ripped off by a caputo (for new comers caputo= a person who rips people off and is just a plain lyer) like indivdual. His Name is William Souder, he is one of he moderators of the www.hardwarecentral.com (http://www.hardwarecentral.com) bbs his user name is tristen. and the ower of Souder tech. www.soudertech.com (http://www.soudertech.com) in Atlanta.

What happend was i was pulling together parts so i could do video capture (I have always loved editing video.) It's my dream job..... So after some phone conversations, I sent him the money, in money order form for a SCSI card and drive (325.00). He recived it on December 26, 1998 Yes everyone 3 months ago......And ever scice he has been lying to me constantly... it's been shipped, oh someone didn't ship it...on and on. oh I'm waiting to get the drive back from sun, it was bad....
You would be amazed what lines i've been told......Man o man
Here's his latest..... Remeber it matters not that you have nothing I do not care about that if you place one single call in negation.....Charles. You do not want to know what i'm capable of if i say wait two weeks you do just that, if I say wait however long you do just that. You call the Speedway Charles....lets put it this way you are over stepping you bounds, you calling them will make no difference whatsoever i my in how my business is handled with them, you'd just better not.
I've been calm and cool..... He never returnes my calls NEVER. now I have given him my direct deposit number so there is no excuss (don't worry there is only 10 dollars in the account).
And he now has put me on call block................

So this is my situation.... And I need your help.Please Help.....

Hi, If I were you and have proof of the purchase, I'd tell him that he be hearing from my lawyer and the better business bureau.

man I hate people like that....they give us other vendors and builders a real bad name....Anyway...ever heard of MaximunPC?
Only best computer mag there is....no comparison. And they have an article there about complaints about companies and vendors that screw people around....called "The Watchdog". And they REALLY follow up on them...you don't want to get a bad review or article printed about your company from them.....All the articles I read about complaints in there usually get solved pretty quickly after being published. Well....check it out...May be able to help.

Obviously, This guy who won't give you a refund or anything, is a sick individual. I can also tell this from the letters & quotes you gave in your first post..."Over Stepping Your Bounds"??? I think you have a right to overstep your bounds if you sent him over 300 dollars and haven't gotten anything in return. If this were to happen to me, I'd be contacting my lawyer.

Well Alen, My e-mail, wont download from my pop3 account, outlook 98 and express just sits their, stuck on message one.... I would think it was the proggy, but just after it started happening, he ask me on the phone "you having trouble sending and rcieving mail." he did it I think.... so i'm waiting to see...

I recieved another email from William Souder today. He said, "OK Everyone Emailing me, I get the Point. You may not take me to court. You can't take me to court."

Something that comes to mind is... Not to Bright?!

If someone wants to take him to court, he's OBLIGATED to show up. Theres no option to whether or not he goes, and if he doesn't show up, he is major trouble with the law.
