First get your icon-lets call it myicon.ico and copy it to the root opf the target drive.(assuming it is c:) Create a file in Notepad containing just these two lines
[autorun]
icon=c:\myicon.ico
save it as autorun.inf, again in the root of the target drive. you may need to reboot to see the new icon.
