This is driving me nutts!!!! Help!! I worked with Tech Support at Dell and they have finally given up on this problem. Here's the situation...
Whenever I add a web address to "My Favorites", it goes to the bottom of the list. As it turns out, IE4.0 is just listing "My Favorites" in order by date. After adding quite a few, he can be hard to find things.
The problem also shows up in other areas. If I download a file I click on the link. Then you are of course asked to choose a destination for the downloaded file. Here as I browse for my destination folder, the folders are given in order by date. And also if I open an image in my Photovue software, once I select "Save As" I have to browse for a destination folder. Again all my folders are listed in order by date.
I have reset all folders to defaults, manually changed the order of the folders to by name, selected and unselected auto arrange. Nothing seems to work and nobody seems to know what to do...AND IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!
