Update to Win98 Lock up

I want to first thank everyone who replied to my post about win locking up with Bh6, sblive, and ati rage.

Great news!!!
I just talked to my friend at Xtreme Computers, "http://www.xtremecomputer.com" and he said he had the exact same problem with the exact same system setup.

If anyone has this problem, this is the fix:
Remove sblive and drivers, reinstall ati drivers for agp card, then install drivers for sblive, and finally install sblive card.
For this to work, you MUST install sound card after you install drivers.

About my modem not being recognized by mobo, he said to disable serial port 1 in bios, then install modem, and change serial port 1 back to enable. I'll see tonight if it works.

Good Morning everyone.

It works, my previous message was the fix for my problem. If anyone you know runs into this problem, you know what to do now.

Also, I kept getting fatal errors in Win98, during launch of high graphics apps. If you have an ATI Rage 32MB agp, You need to download the new updated drivers from http://atitech.com to fix this.
