I have a network where I have several mapped drives. I am using Win XP Pro.
When I click on My Network Places, I have a list of my 3 PC's, each of which has 3 different mapped locations.
e.g.
Jon's C Drive
Jon's Desktop
Jon's My Documents
PC2 C Drive
PC2 Desktop
etc
Is this the normal (best) way for using mapped drives? Or should I stick to just:
Jon's C Drive
PC2 C drive
What about the naming convention?
Any tips and suggestions are appreciated.
