Chock ice is a english thing right? The actual word I mean. In the US aren't they are popsicles or something, here in Oz we call them icypoles.

I love icecream. When I want a 'hit' I'll buy a tub of the stuff, let it go slightly runny (just slightly) and mix in a bottle of cream, stick it in the freezer for a few hours and then consume!

It wouldn't be fair to say I LIKE ice cream.....I am enthralled, addicted etc. to the frozen delight.

My lifes ambition is to be locked in the back room of a BEN & JERRY'S store and told I have to eat my way out.:D :D

There is an ice cream chain in San Francisco called Swensens Ice Cream and they have the best ice cream going, especially "Sticky Chewy Chocolate". hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

In France I had a 'floating island' this was icream in a shell of batter floating on a bed of liquid caramel with alcohol poured on it and set on fire ! It was 28 yrs ago and I can still taste it truly scrumptious.

I just rembered it was peach schnapps not the sugary nasty kind you get in the states but the fire-breathing real stuff from the German border part of France that they set on fire.
