Hi,
This is the 3rd client who get the following error. I can't make sense of this one. All clients claims it working just fine the previous day or even earlier. Then suddenly, when opening OUTLOOK 98 and error message appear saying the SEC32.DLL file is couldnt be laoded, re-install outlook. I did try recopying or replacing that file but i end up re-install the whole software. Anyone knows WHY this happen just like that? and is there a fix to it.
