cant see moving images on website

i have two pcs both with windows me. on this website:

i cannot see the moving/turning images(wobble) on the right side on one pc.
iexplorer setting seem to be identical. where do i have to look for the problem? i once had deinstalled ms vm and then had to reinstall. a complicated way. what is the check-command to run in the command-box?

yes i have found two folders on the working pc. isnt this program integrated in netscape navigator? if yes i did not activate during install.

Why are you using Netscape? Installation is different for that.

i am sorry having confused you.but i am now confused too. i am using iexplorer almost all the times. but i have netscape nav. too-due to using netscape-email.
i am always checking if my websites applet is working in both browsers http://www.3dpanimages.tk
i had some troubles lately. but they are solved.
images are moving in netscape but still not in iexplorer.
i could not install. i will retry and wait longer. or try to clean beforehand.
maybe a iexplorer setting is blocking or a security program. i thought i have the same settings on both pcs.

images are still not moving after these proceedures.

i could finally install shockwave with the help from a google-site. maybe a cookie had been disabled.
i have now version shockwave 10. version 8 was already installed.
i installed newest java 2. i have now in the list:1.4.1. 02, ..04 , ..07
in working pc i have 1.4.1.01, ... 03
iexplorer settings are identical.
system restore is disabled-goback running.
UPDATE 2
ADAWARE has found java byte verifier- avg popped up- i could only quarantine.

panda has found and disinvected two subjects-after running almost 48 hours!)
i have done all possible things. deinstalled and reinstalled java and shockwave. nothing helped. i still cannot see the shockwave images moving back and forth at

maybe i should install winme over the old one. doing so with iexplorer did not help.
btw: i was highly surprised by the regvac-cleaning utility.
