I was putting a network together with pc and a laptop. I installed the nic on the pc and set everthing up fine but the laptop was giving me problems with the pcimia card. I finally got it to detect the card installed it and restarted the computer. It seemed to boot up fine but when the loading windows screen came on it went on for a while and then just stop and would not go any further. I can get into DOS and when i try safe mode it just it gets through the loading windows screen but give me the busy mouse pointer and thats it, the little hardrie light just keeps on blinking and doesn't stop. Could someone please help, I have no idea what i did wrong.
