Anybody experienced any problems with BX6 rev2 and lpt1 port?
any specific BIOS settings?
Otherwise I'l need to return my MB...

do you have it on the right option for the type of port. I am mean like ECP, EPP. I think the option you need to use depends on the printer, scanner, whatever.

I was able to fix it:
Control Panel, System, remove lpt1.
Restart. Can print since.
However "copy con: lpt1: <some text> ^Z" still does not work. God knows why.
