Neverwinter Nights

Does anyone play Neverwinter Nights? I've been checking out the webpage and the game looks really interesting. I'm a little confused as to if there is a single and multiplayer component to the game. I realize there is a multiplayer. Do you need to play with friends or can you just join a server and play? Just curious how the dungeon master works.

I think I will download the demo tonight and check it out.

I have NWN and it's a really awsome game. There is single and multiplayer games. It's like Diablo 2 how you join servers kinda. Best thing would be is try demo like you said.

I got NWN Gold, and so far it seems fun. It reminds me a lot of Diablo II, but with D&D rules and leveling up. For non D&Ders, the roll system was a bit of a challenge to grasp initially. Download the demo and find out if you dig it.

I have the game. I have never used multi-player. I have used some mods to allow me to use multiple henchmen at the same time. Its kinda nice to have all the henchmen at the same time but confusing.

I played until I made it out of town and have not had a chance to get back to the game.
