CDROM Problem with Autorun - Automatically opening a webpage !

I have copied some web pages on a CDROM, and would love to have the main page pop up automatically when the CD is entered into the drive, so:
How do I create an autorun file that , when entering the CD into the drive, automatically opens the INDEX.HTM file?

AutoPlay Menue Studio (Shareware) is a program that's great for that. There are others and I did see a freeware one but I dont remember the name. Reading the autorun
files on a CD with it may give you an idea
whats going on.
