Whenever I start up ICQ i get a system message that I have new mail. It is the same one for the past 2 weeks. It was from someone on WEB TV and I can't click it on to delete it in E-Mail so it comes up every time.Any suggestions on how to get rid of this annoying message?

PS...
All other incoming messages work perfectly now and before this one i can't get rid of. Any messages that come through with this one all work but can't get rid of that one.
