I have 2 PCs connect with a kvm switch they are never running together

They will both send emails ok. BUT on one of the PCs if i send to my hotmail account it never gets there if i send by the other PC it does this is only hotmail.

I am connected to net using a ethernet router.
I have no virus's so i not sure whats going on here.

The KVM switch has nothing to do with this.

Are you using Outlook Express for Hotmail or are you using a browser?

Did you ever use Internet Connection Sharing? If so, did you remove it when you set up the router?
