Sony is experimenting with paper-based disks for its new blu-ray dvd gizmos. 25Gb per disk will be possible as a blue laser instead of a red one will be used for reading (red is much thicker than blue).
A paper disk should be really cheap to manufacture and easily destroyed for security's sake. All you need is a pair of scissors or a match.
