ADSL vs. ISDN?

Hey, anyone have any comments on which one of these services I should get? Which is the best for surfin/downloading, which is best for gaming etc? Thanks

I have an ADSL and it is great for downloading. Don't know about games. I suppose it depends on whether you buy a cheapo NIC or a decent one. ISDN seems to be a dying breed, while ADSL is on the rise.

Price wise, ADSL is much cheaper, and just as fast as ISDN, rated on the bang/buck scale.
