Need Compaq LTE286 CMOS setup

I have an old laptop I need for a DOS application and I need to get to the CMOS settings. Any help to resolve this problem would be appreciated.

Compaq's BIOS these days are accessed by the F10 key when the Log appears on the boot screen.

Try various F keys.

Back then a lot of computer Bios used the Ctrl Alt Enter combination. I think it was even accessable at the dos prompt.
